Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control. If Special or Express Delivery is selected, customers must ensure orders are placed before the stated cut-off time shown at checkout.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse of the website.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items returned due to a change of mind must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage where no fault is present. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
