Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

We offer a range of delivery options at checkout. If you select Special or Express Delivery, you must place your order before the stated cut-off time shown at checkout. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day and may not qualify for expedited delivery.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free delivery is available on eligible orders where stated at checkout. All orders are shipped from the UK.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
