Returns & Refunds Policy

Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. If you select Special / Express Delivery, please ensure your order is placed before the stated cut-off time shown at checkout, as these deadlines must be met to guarantee expedited dispatch.

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, it must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage costs where there is no fault with the item. We do not provide return labels for change-of-mind returns. Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging will not be refunded.

If there is an issue with your order, such as a faulty or incorrect item, this must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Clear photographic evidence must be provided so we can assess the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Claims made outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for items returned used, damaged, missing original packaging, reported outside the stated timeframes, or where no evidence is provided for faulty item claims.
